REGISTRATION GUIDE SUMMER CAMP

If you have used our online registration system before, you can simply enter in your login and password, update any information as needed, and get registration done. If you have forgotten your password, the system will help you reset it. If you have forgotten your login, please contact us for that information - email or (800) 331-5148.

If you have not used our online system before, you will need to create an account. It is quick and easy and will allow you to check back in between now and camp to make payments, add money to the camp store, and even add another registration.

Once you have selected the program your child is attending, you will be taken to a "dashboard". Next to the listed cost you will see a green button that reads "req discounts". Click on that and request the discounts for which your child is eligible:Bring a friend, Sibling, Multi Week, Goalie.
All requested discounts will then be approved by our registrar and applied to your balance once your child is fully registered. (If you leave the system without paying the required deposit, your child will be "enrolled" but not "registered".) - Discoverers, Venturers, Week-long. If the program you want is full, your camper will be put on the waitlist.

We have a new system that we hope will be easier! Now you can do multiple registrations at a time and not have to individually register everyone. When you select one of the Family Camp sessions, it will bring up a screen asking you to indicate how many of each camper you plan to register.
To help:
“Adults” are 18 and over.
“Youth” are ages 4-17.
“Child” are ages 0-3.
After you have indicated how many you are registering in each category (you do need to include “0” if you don’t have anyone in that category), you can select names from the drop-down menu. One of the options is “add a new person”. Choose this if you are new to Family Camp, or you are returning but have first-time family members joining you this year.
This year you will also be asked to select a housing option. If there are no housing options available, it is likely the program is full. You can be put on a waiting list, or try registering for a different Family Camp session. VLM also reserves the right to adjust housing requests to fit family sizes. You can help us with this by considering a Retreat Center room if you have 4 or fewer family members. We hope this new system makes sense! Let us know if you have questions.
