2025 Captain Training REFERENCE

Thank you for taking the time to serve as a reference! Your feedback is vital to us as we work to put together the best team possible for our summer programs, including our Hockey Camp.

Our Captain training program is an opportunity for those currently 15-17 years old to grow in their leadership skills and serve alongside our Hockey Camp coaches. Participants will be leaders on the ice and off the ice at camp as they engage with and help facilitate on ice activities and camp actives.

Please give thoughtful and honest answers to the questions below. This program is a great opportunity to grow and develop leadership skills, but we know it is not for everyone. We seek Captain Training Campers who are able to and willing to learn leadership, communication, and team-building skills that will impact their lives on and off the rink. If you are not sure the applicant can do this, please tell us that. But also tell us the amazing things you know about them!
