Voyageurs Lutheran Ministry seeks to share Christ with every person who participates in our programs or steps onto our sites.   Our summer staff play a vital role in this ministry so a summer with us is not a decision to take lightly.  We are seeking people who are open to the Holy Spirit and who are willing to be used to bless and impact the lives of others.  A summer at camp can prove to be the hardest job you will ever have, but also one of the most rewarding.

As a VLM staff member, you will also have the opportunity to grow in your own faith, and you will be amazed at the things youwill learn and do – skills you can take with you wherever you go.  And the friendships that develop will last a lifetime! Being a part of Voyageurs Lutheran Ministry provides staff the opportunity to share their faith in meaningful ways. In this special environment, staff have been able to learn and share what it means to live in a Christian community and in the world as God’s people.
