We are excited you are interested in signing up for a program with Voyageurs Lutheran Ministry (VLM)! Whether you are coming for summer camp or for a retreat, any required forms can be found below. Retreat Registration Form – to be used for any VLM programmed retreat (i.e. Rejuve, Women’s Retreat)

Summer Camp for campers with developmental disabilities – partnership with Rural Living Environments, Babbitt, MN

Packing list - general camp information for all youth programs at Camp Hiawatha or Camp Vermilion.

Health Form - for all youth campers; required for all campers to participate in VLM on-site programs.

Adult Health Form – for all adults attending an on-site VLM summer program (Family Camp) as well adult volunteers, pastors, youth directors and christian ed directors spending time at camp this summer.
